PRIVACY POLICY

At ČETRTA POT, d.o.o., Kranj (in addition ČETRTA POT) we take your privacy seriously. No data is disclosed to any third parties (except as permitted by law). We do not disclose any information about the users or usage of the application. The data that we collect is aggregated and used only in anonymised form and exclusively for the improvement of the application (such as debugging any crashes or other issues). Personal data is sourced either from:

• KADRIS 4 back-end application at your employer's premisses,
• KADRIS 4 back-end application hosted at ČETRTA POT premises.

In the case of employer-hosted back end, it is employer's legal duty to correctly address the issues of privacy and data protection according to the laws of the country where the employer is based. ČETRTA POT cannot be and will not be responsible for any data protection breach or other violations in such case. Please refer to your employer's HRM department to obtain the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. In the case of ČETRTA POT hosted back-end, all data is treated at the highest level of confidentiality and is managed in accordance with Slovenian and European laws regarding privacy and data retention. By using this Software, you acknowledge that it is supplied "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and that to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ČETRTA POT nor its licensors or affiliated companies, nor copyright holders, make any representations or guarantees, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the warranty that the software does not infringe any third party patents, copyrights, trademarks or other rights. Neither ČETRTA POT nor any other party make representations that the software features will meet your requirements or that the software will function smoothly and free from error. You assume full responsibility and risk of choosing the software with which you want to achieve planned results, as well as for the installation, use and results obtained with the software.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ČETRTA POT its employees, licensors and affiliated companies are in no case liable for any lost profit, revenue, sales, data or costs of obtaining replacement goods or services, damage to property, personal injuries, business interruption, loss of business data or any direct, indirect, incidental, economic, general, punitive, special or consequential damages, however caused, regardless of whether arising from the contract, criminal offense, negligence or other theory of liability, or resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, even if ČETRTA POT its licensors or affiliated companies are advised of the possibility of such damages. Some countries/states/jurisdictions do not permit this kind of exclusion or limitation of liability, but may only permit a limitation of liability, therefore in such cases, the liability of ČETRTA POT its employees, licensors, or affiliated companies is limited to EUR 50.00.
